The Teacher

Hello! I am Keith. I did my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Level I training at the Sukhmani Centre Cambridge England and at the Amrit Nam Sarovar school in France.

I have done two Level II Kundalini Yoga training modules 'Authentic Relationships' and 'Lifestyls and Lifecycles' with the Karam Kriya school.

Before that I did one year of a three year Alexander Technique teacher training course and investigated many other mind/body techniques like Tai Chi and various styles of meditation especially zen and ch'an (Chinese zen).

Indemnity Insurance

I have the standard Malpractice, Public & Products Liability insurance from DSC Insurance Services arranged via the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association. My class is listed on their site.
